  Eddie Carter - Director

  Eddie prides himself on maintaining a personal service to his clients and is always at the end of the phone when needed.
  
  Eddie is always pursuing his property interests, with a keen desire in developing his company and his personal property portfolio and property development business.
  
  When he gets the chance you might spot Eddie surfing and kayaking ... but if you can't find him on or in the water, he'll be spending time with his family and friends!

  Scott West - Lettings Negotiator

  Scott joined the company in 2012 and is the Lettings negotiator of the Company, primarily based with dealing on a one to one personal basis with prospective tenants helping them in finding their "prefect property". From taking down their personal requirements, to showing them around potential properties and to finally handing over keys to their Home!
  
  He has recently joined the property ladder himself and in his spare time can be found renovating his home.

  Helen Gillespie - Lettings Co-ordinator

  Helen joined the Charles Carter team in February 2014 and as Lettings coordinator, Helen plays a key role in the team ensuring each process runs smoothly; whether that's moving a tenant into a house or managing routine maintenance.
  
  In her spare time you'll find Helen enjoying the countryside with her dog or hanging out of a plane 13,000ft up bracing herself for a skydive!
  
  When Helen's not hanging out of a plane, she also enjoys spending time with her daughters and family.

  Alan Williams - Accounts

  Alan's role includes day to day working on all aspects of accounts within the company.
  
  Alan enjoys spending time with his family. Alan's interests include all sports ... he is involved in the coaching of a local Youth football team and also occassionally still plays 5-aside. Alan is also a season ticket holder at Hereford FC. Alan enjoys keeping fit by cycling around the Gloucestershire countryside.
  
  Alan relaxes by listening to music and reading. He also plays the trumpet (until he's requested to stop by the family!!!).

  Nicola-Sarah Rust - Property Manager

  In her spare time, Nicola likes open water swimming and really enjoys all types of cooking. Watching films are another favourite pastime for Nicola.
  
  Nicola joined Charles Carter Lettings as a Property Manager in 2018. Her experience has been in the property industry since she was 25 years old including selling new builds.
