Eddie Carter founded Charles Carter Lettings independently, from home in the summer of 2009. Starting the company from scratch, Eddie worked out of his parents home address in the rural location of Clifton-on-Teme, Worcestershire. The company has grown steadily and organically over the years since and this growth has almost entirely come from recommendation and repeat business.

Over the years he has built up a dedicated lettings and property management team to support him and assist him to continue to offer this unique high quality dedicated personal service that Charles Carter Lettings is known for.

Charles Carter Lettings is now based in the convenient central location of Tewkesbury, where from this central office the committed team can ensure they are always within a short distance of their properties throughout the three counties. With properties in Worcester, Tewkesbury, Malvern, Cheltenham, Evesham and Gloucester and all surrounding towns and villages. The areas are covered from one central office, which is very unique, to which our clients take great comfort in the knowledge that we are always on hand and able to be personally visit the properties whenever required at short notice.
