We’re here for you every step of the way! Once we receive your message, Company Director Eddie will personally reach out to you and form a tailored plan based on your current agreement.

Any cancellation terms or fees if applicable from your previous agent can also be addressed.

Our tried and tasted streamlining process, successfully used by many clients, will begin.

Step 3: Joining the CCL family

The team will provide you with a user-friendly template to let your current agent know that you are switching agents.

You can then leave us to gather all the important details and coordinate the collection of keys and essential paperwork.

We’ve got it covered all the way down to the tenancy deposit– a seamless transfer through to our deposit protection service The DPS.

Step 4: Personal Touch and Advice

Expect a comprehensive consultation from our team, our services cover everything from compliance to rent review.

We’ll also take a closer look at your insurances, mortgages if applicable, and review your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) and other compliance documents to ensure your property investment is a real success.

Your tenants matter, and we’re here to make things easy for them too. We’ll reach out to them, letting them know about the change in management.

They’ll have all the information they need to report repairs or any other tenancy matters and of course our bank details for them to make their monthly rental payments.
