If your tenant application includes more than 2 joint tenants…
The Lead Tenant should fill out the form above labelled “Tenant Application” , ensuring to list the names of all other joint tenants you wish to be on your application when prompted.
The remaining tenants should complete their own form using our Joint Tenant Form below, ensuring you provide the details of the Tenant Applicant (lead tenant) when prompted.
Residents i.e children are not considered as “joint tenants”. Details for such residents can be completed on the Tenant Applicant form above.
