It really is difficult to believe that my company has just celebrated its 10th anniversary.

How time really does fly!

There I was on Day One with a phone, a laptop and a desk but missing one vital ingredient – I had no landlords. But I didn’t let that small matter deter me. I had an idea of the service that I was going to offer and total confidence that there would be demand.

From that first day, I decided that I would concentrate solely on lettings and property management. I was determined to offer a personal service so that both landlords and tenants knew who they were going to be dealing with and could trust that they would get a first class service.

I also determined to put a self-imposed limit to our portfolio. This meant I could ensure quality and the personal lettings and 
property management experience that I was sure the market wanted.

Well, I am pleased to say that the business flourished, built entirely on recommendations and repeat business. And it continues to grow organically in what is a very challenging and volatile market.

I now have a trusted team to support me in what is now recognised as a trusted and respected specialist company covering lettings in three counties from our central office.

So I would like to a say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone for your continued support, business and recommendations.

Oh, in those ten years I also managed to get married and have two children, but that’s probably a story for another day!

In the meantime, here’s looking forward to whatever the next ten years might bring.
