This is the first time my partner and I have rented a property and i must say i am so pleased that we went with Charles Carter Lettings. Not only are their rates extremely competitive but their employees (particularly Helen) are so helpful. An example being that i was concerned about a few first time renting questions and Helen answered all of them and guided me through the renting process when she could have just handed the questions off as “We don’t deal with that” etc. For that i am eternally grateful.   I can not recommend them highly enough if you are looking to rent for the first time, or even if you’re a seasoned veteran at it, as they really do offer a full service and i have nothing but a positive experience with all of the organisations employees.
